Executive Roundtable

Join the last session of our "Design Thinking" executive roundtable to strategize for sustainability and future growth.

When we started this year’s sessions our idea was to show you the business world “As it is and not as it used to be” and help you lead the way into the future by exploring "what it could be 2-3-5 years from now”.

We hope you will let go of things that may not work in these fast changing environment and find new opportunities through the process we have introduced to you. This month come prepared to tie all the previous learning together and share your learnings.

The EANE Executive Roundtables take place the third Friday of each month from 8 - 10 a.m.

A fall retreat has been planned for November 13 and 14 at the Cape to take the learning from these roundtables and develop a roadmap for growth. We suggest for businesses to bring their core leadership team or collaborative work groups to participate in this process. This retreat will be restricted to teams from 4 to 5 non-competitive businesses. Space is limited so reserve your spot early.

These executive roundtables are sponsored by the Employers Association of the Northeast (EANE) in response to requests from regional business leaders.

These sessions are "by invitation only" and on a "first come, first serve" basis. Existing EANE members will receive first preference. Non-members are encouraged to register. Don't miss this opportunity to meet and interact with top experts and experienced executives from around the region.

In an effort to create a safe environment for interactions and free flow of knowledge and information, group sizes are limited to no more than 15 leaders per session and only one business per industry is allowed to participate at one time.

The roundtable format is highly interactive allowing each participant an opportunity to express their challenges and/or concerns and explore strategies/action plans for overcoming them.
