Lynn Turner Executive and Business coach Lynn Turner is an executive coach and trainer who specializes in providing leadership development, work-life balance strategies, team building and sales, telesales and customer service skills enhancement to individuals and organizations. As a graduate of Corporate Coach University and trained in a variety of behavioral, values and styles assessments, she is uniquely qualified in assisting individuals and teams to set and achieve goals that are consistent with who they are and who they want to be, thus enhancing their overall performance both on and off the job. Prior to founding IRONWEED Business Alliance, she worked in a variety of business settings receiving significant experience and understanding in the areas of office administration, trade show coordination, sales, marketing, customer service, branding/licensing and business management. During her eight plus years at Spalding Sports Worldwide, Lynn’s solid interpersonal and communication skills contributed to the success of creating strong alliances with such licensing brands as the NBA, Warner Bros. Looney Tunes/Space Jam and Sara Lee Knit Products as well as endorsements from such athletes as Shaquille O’Neal, Hakeem Olajuwon and fitness expert, Denise Austin. Lynn is a certified facilitator of the Professional Foundations ProgramÓ and also offers workshops in Coaching in Corporations, Understanding Communications Styles, The Power of Language, and Understanding and Appreciating Diversity. She was a founding member of the international coaching resource, CoachVille and the local coaching resource, the Western Massachusetts Coaching Alliance. Lynn founded and hosted a local radio talk show “COACH LIVE” for three years on Real Oldies 1250 am W-A-R-E. She currently hosts and produces Business Link Radio, an on-line one-stop resource to connect area businesses with the news/information, resources weblinks and events listings at www.businesslinkradio.com.
